Need a different size? We’re happy to help when inventory is available. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve the exchange and give you the correct instructions.

We want you to love your Bigtooth merch. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Size Exchanges

Unworn and unwashed items may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To start a size exchange, please email us first at support@shopbigtooth.com with your order number, the size you received, and the size you would like to exchange for.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. The item must be returned in its original condition, with no signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage.

If the requested size is sold out, we may offer store credit or another available size.

Returns

Because this is a limited drop item, we do not accept general returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Final Sale Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
